beer, bikes and smiles

Seen a lot of my mates recently, in fact I'm just back from a banterful beer fuelled session, and it's been awesome. Missing friends back in Madrid really wish I could combine mates that are scattered across the continent but that's not to be so we count ourselves lucky we have such great friends in so many places. Meeting more mates again tomorrow, think I may have missed Johan though-by days it would seem :'(

It's not even been 2 weeks but I already feel like I've been through the grinder. Student loan is probably going to be delayed (arse on the phone), bank loan is now up in the air (eejit on the phone), auntie is heading for radio and chemotherapy tomorrow (twat in the lab fucked up results) my vaccinations for uni are providing a never ending source of questions (no-ones fault just endless) can't get internet banking to work for account in Spain (probably my fault) plus we need to furnish a house and move the stuff several hundred miles south. (totally our own fault)

So I'm looking forward to uni* as I'll be able to get my head down and work like buggery rather than spend every day on the phone either on hold or chatting to twunts-one woman when I asked her how I would know if my loan had been approved said, "just hope for the best." To be fair there's not a whole lot more I can do.

Riding bikes on friday should help :D
